At Nano-treat, we stand by the science of our skincare; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining to qualify.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Nano-treat products in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Receive Your Refund
Once our lab verifies the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
